By using Gulf South Automation's services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Gulf South Automation is owned and operated by Timothy A. Cronin Jr., a Louisiana-based automation service provider operating at gulfsouthautomation.com.

Services

Gulf South Automation provides business automation services for local service businesses, including but not limited to:

• Automated SMS responses triggered by missed calls or web form submissions
• Review request automation via SMS following job completion
• Website chatbot and lead capture automation
• Custom automation solutions built to client specifications

Our services are intended for legitimate business use only. Unsolicited marketing messages are never sent through our platform.

SMS Messaging

SMS messages sent through Gulf South Automation are transactional and informational in nature — they are triggered by your action (such as calling a business or submitting a form) and are intended to facilitate communication between you and the business you contacted.

Message frequency will vary. Standard messaging rates from your mobile carrier may apply. SMS opt-in data is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use our services to:

• Send unsolicited commercial messages or spam
• Harass, threaten, or harm any individual
• Violate any applicable federal, state, or local laws
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services

Client Responsibilities

Clients using Gulf South Automation's services are responsible for:

• Ensuring their use of our automation services complies with applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
• Obtaining any required consents from their own customers before automated communications are triggered
• Providing accurate business information for use in automated messages
• Maintaining up-to-date contact information with Gulf South Automation

Payment and Billing

Service fees are agreed upon prior to the start of any engagement. Gulf South Automation reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice to existing clients. All fees are due as outlined in your individual service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Gulf South Automation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the three months preceding the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials associated with Gulf South Automation — including but not limited to the logo, website design, and written content — are the intellectual property of Gulf South Automation and Timothy A. Cronin Jr. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with reasonable written notice. Upon termination, all automated services will be deactivated and any outstanding fees will become due immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Louisiana.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.
